“The most wonderful job” that I say it to all of my friends, why I can say like that? Because that’s my job position right now in PT NXP Semiconductors Batam – Batam, beside that I indeed with my opinion above, these some reason how I could say “The most wonderfull job”.

First reason is this is my job so I must like it

Second reason is this job still have connection with my majority in college.

For the others reasons you can read from my explaination below. I hope after you read it you will understand why I can say QA-Spv is “The Most Wonderful Job”.

Before I get this job many of my friends told me that quality assurance supervisor is most wondeful job in a company, the duties of QA Spv are ensure the quality of production running is good and take care of relationship between my company with our customers.

In this time i will try to explain about job description of Quality Assurance Supervisor especially in my company or what am I doing everyday as a QA Spv in this company, work as supervisor is desire almost many of my friend, because this position is so proudly in realm student of college not excepted my self.

As a QA Spv everyday I must ensure the quality of product is good, what I’m doing to ensure that I must check diagram twice a time for everyday and compare the diagram with PCBA product whether direction of component, bodycode of component, Missing of component, and 12NC of raw PCBA are same each other.

After checking diagram with PCBA I must check reject from PCBA, are have any reject in there (PCBA/Board). If in one pcs PCBA have a reject I must give marking with arrow sticker on that reject found, I do that for each pcs PCBA from output production result.

Sounds like heavy job did you? No, all job description above is not doing by my self but in here I have subordinate, my subordinate called Quality Control, and they do that for me I only monitoring and watch them and the most important reason is all of them are The Girls so you can imagine that.

Meanwhile my responsible to our customers are giving them best service for their satisfaction, customers satisfaction are everythings.

Allow me to introduce the profile of Production One Department, this department is made like a single factory for serve another department P2/P3 Dept. and Atech (Sub Contractor) as a customers. P1 have a several division like Production division, Quality Assurance Division, Maintenance Division, Associate Engineers, Planner, Scheduller, Functional Trainee, etc.
